Heart and Vascular
Cardiovascular disease is the number one health issue facing Americans today. Combating the epidemic of cardiovascular disease is the number one priority of the R. Charles Loudermilk, Sr., Heart and Vascular Center.
By specializing in fighting the nation's number one killer, we give patients the benefits of advanced technology while providing services that focus on their individual needs. The Heart and Vascular Center team focuses on providing the best possible patient care, achieving better outcomes and performing advanced treatments.
The Loudermilk Heart and Vascular Center is also committed to making our community a heart-healthy place to live. We sponsor heart and vascular lectures and screenings to increase awareness about heart disease, which in turn encourages people to proactively seek help. Prevention and early detection can positively affect the treatment outcome.
The Heart and Vascular Center, which adds 90,000 square feet of patient-care area to Archbold Memorial Hospital, is named for R. Charles Loudermilk, Sr., a past member of the Archbold Foundation Board of Trustees who pledged an endowment for the center in 2003.
