Before You Arrive
To help us provide you with the best care possible, please be sure to bring the following with you when you come to the Urgent Care Center:
- A list of all medications you are currently taking, including prescription, over-the-counter and herbal medicines
- A complete list of all drug allergies and food allergies
- The name of your private physician (If you are visiting from out of town, the phone number is helpful as well)
- Please provide us with a phone number where we can reach you during the day, as well as an emergency contact number in case we need to reach you urgently (Please be sure these are working numbers--when we try to reach you, it is for an important medical reason)
