The Sleep Disorders Center at John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital is a full-service center dedicated to diagnosing and treating sleep disorders, using therapies as needed that range from conservative to high-tech . Our center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and is the only accredited sleep center in south Georgia.
Why is it important that a sleep center be accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine? Because this distinctive recognition by the AASM means our sleep center gives each patient high-quality care and service. All testing procedures are performed by highly trained and experienced technicians. Studies are interpreted by board-certified sleep specialists. Accreditation means our center meets all standards set by the AASM and that we adhere to evidence-based practice parameters.
