Pelham Parkway Nursing Home is pleased to announce Chassidy Tucker, RN, has been promoted to Director of Nursing for the facility.
Tucker began her career with the Archbold health network in 1996, working as a certified nursing assistant at Pelham Parkway Nursing Home. After earning a degree in nursing, Tucker worked as a staff nurse at Archbold’s Mitchell County Hospital until she was promoted in 2007 to clinical coordinator at Pelham Parkway. She worked as a staff nurse and charge nurse at Archbold’s Grady General Hospital in 2008, and later returned to Pelham Parkway when she was promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing, the position she held until being promoted to Director of Nursing for the facility.
In her new role, Tucker will be responsible for the performance of the nursing staff and will provide clinical and administrative oversight to the nursing department.
“I was born and raised in Pelham, and I started working at Pelham Parkway right out of high school,” said Tucker. “I feel this is my home, and as Director of Nursing I am proud to help lead a facility that has made a great name for itself and plays a great part in our local community.”
