Archbold Medical Center will gladly submit a bill to any insurance carrier on your behalf. However, that is not a guarantee that the carrier will pay the claim.
It is important for you to be aware of your benefits and any restrictions that may apply to your specific plan. By being informed about your health plan coverage, you can be assured of receiving the maximum coverage to which you are entitled.
If you have any questions about your health coverage, it is best to contact your employer/plan administrator or the insurance carrier directly.
In addition, Archbold Medical Center provides the Financial Assistance Program to assist eligible uninsured and/or underinsured patients and their families with medical bills beyond their ability to pay.
Modifications to Patient Access Policies
Beginning July 18th, Archbold Memorial Hospital is implementing a new set of Patient Access policies, which will improve scheduling, price transparency, payment planning and care coordination.
At Archbold, we are committed to strong customer service, accurate patient information and providing maximum payment assistance to those we serve. We recognize that healthcare expenses are often unexpected, and we are consistently striving to improve our up-front communication and friendly payment options for all patients. As part of this commitment, our Registration and Financial Counselors stand ready to assist our patients with co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance, as well as any deposits that may be due prior to your service.
