Scholarship recipients are given preference regarding job placement upon graduation and for employment while in school. Upon employment, scholars are entitled to receive full professional salary and all benefits available to Archbold employees. Scholars hired for part-time employment while in school are able to gain practical work experience in their chosen field while earning a salary.
