Patient Representatives are available to help you with non-medical problems, special situations, needs or services, and interpretation of hospital policies and procedures. If you have any questions or comments, please call them at extension 229-228-2782 or 229-228-8086.

Patients and/or Visitors can contact a Patient Representative when they need:

  • Someone to advocate for them
  • Someone to listen
  • Support or assistance
  • Response to a complaint
  • Explanation of hospital policies and procedures
  • Help in a crisis situation
  • Help with problem solving
  • Information about hospital and community services
