Archbold Medical Center has a long tradition of providing needed healthcare services to the community in an ethical and legal manner. It has always been understood that compliance with the law is key to attaining the Medical Center's mission of improving the health of the individuals in the communities it services, and that resources are not wasted defending allegations of wrongful conduct that could have been prevented. Accordingly, Archbold Medical Center has developed and implemented a corporate compliance program to help ensure it carries out its operations in a legal and ethical manner.
The Medical Center is committed to compliance. It is the policy of the Medical Center that all employees, physicians, referral sources, and other business contacts demonstrate high ethical standards and comply with all federal and state laws which may apply to any aspect of the Medical Center's operations when conducting activities with, at, or concerning the Medical Center.
