DescriptionResponsible for overall functioning of critical care areas. Staffing and scheduling. Interview and hire staff. Compete employee evalutaions. Liasion with physicians. Conduct staff meetings. Ensure compliance with JCAHO. Ensure quality patient care is being delivered all shifts to all patients. | ||
QualificationsBSN and five years experience two of which must be in a nurse management role in a similar size facility. | ||
