Join us as we explore the different avenues of Death and Life and allow you to make educated decisions with the help of professionals. A group of community representatives will be present to talk and answer any questions you may have about their services at end of life. Among the presenters are:

• Kevin Cates, Patient Advocate, sharing about Advanced Directives
• Life Link, sharing about organ donation
• Rich Curtis, and teacher, hospice volunteer and end-of-life doula
• Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, sharing about body donation
• Local funeral homes
