Archbold Northside will hold a Ride for Awareness, a motorcycle “poker run” that will educate participants in recognizing early warning signs of suicide as well as raise money for Archbold Foundation scholarships. The poker run will begin at 10:00 a.m., and conclude with a community event at 2:00 p.m. Following the poker run, Archbold Northside staff encourages the community to join for a memorial service, food and door prizes. Among the door prizes is a book autographed by Tony Dungy, former head coach of the 2007 Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts, and father of a child who committed suicide.
