Welcome to Archbold's New Patient Portal

Archbold is transitioning to a new patient portal to better serve you. With Archbold Patient Connect, you will now be able to conveniently access all of your hospital and outpatient records in one place.

Please note: All users of the former portal, ArchHIE, must register for a new account with Archbold Patient Connect. No new records will be added to ArchHIE after April 30, 2024.

Follow the instructions outlined at the bottom of this page to setup an account with Archbold Patient Connect. If you have issues setting up your new account, please contact Archbold’s Health Information Management Department by phone (229.227.5050) or via email at patientportal@archbold.org.

Using Archbold Patient Connect

Using your secure password, you can log into Archbold Patient Connect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort and privacy of your home or office.

As an Archbold Patient Connect user, you will have secure and convenient access to:

• View your lab results
• View your radiology results
• Request your medical record
• Review educational materials

Self-Enrollment Instructions

The fastest and most convenient way to gain access to Archbold Patient Connect is to self-enroll. Self-enrollment can be completed by visiting connect.archbold.org and clicking the “SIGN UP” button near the bottom.
