At Archbold Urology, we understand how painful and disruptive kidney stones can be to your daily life. That’s why we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and advanced kidney stone treatment options for adults to help you get back to your daily life.
Our team of highly-trained urologists and medical professionals has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating kidney stones. They stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in urological care to ensure you receive the best possible treatment.
We offer a range of cutting-edge treatments for kidney stones, tailored to meet your individual needs. From non-invasive procedures to advanced surgical techniques, we have the expertise to effectively manage kidney stones of all sizes and complexities.
Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL): This non-invasive procedure uses shock waves to break down kidney stones into smaller pieces, making it easier for your body to pass them naturally.
Ureteroscopy with Laser Lithotripsy: A minimally-invasive procedure that involves passing a thin scope through the urinary tract to locate and remove kidney stones with the help of a taser.
Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL): A surgical approach suitable for larger kidney stones, where a small incision is made in the back to remove the stones directly from the kidney.
Medical Management: Our experts will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include dietary recommendations and medications to prevent the formation of new kidney stones.
If you are experiencing symptoms of a kidney stone, we can help. We offer walk-in appointments Monday through Friday from 8am to 3:30pm. Archbold's kidney stone walk-in clinic is intended for the treatment of adults only.
