About Crystal

Archbold Memorial Hospital was pleased to welcome back family nurse practitioner Crystal George, NP, to the hospital’s medical staff. Crystal worked as postpartum and operating room nurse at Archbold for seven years before pursuing her practitioner degree.

Crystal earned an associates degree in nursing from Darton State College, a bachelors of science degree in nursing from Thomas University and a masters of science degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
