The Archbold Women’s Center is South Georgia’s preferred destination
for advanced, state-of-the-art imaging technology and diagnostic testing
services exclusively for women. From 3D mammography to the
Savi Scout Radar Localization System, the Archbold Women’s Center is home to the most advanced breast
imaging technology available in the region.
Accredited Women's Imaging Center The Archbold’s Women’s Center
is held to the highest state and federal standards of care and maintains
accreditation by the American College of Radiology (ACR), The Joint Commission,
and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
On-Site Board-Certified Radiologists
When you choose to have your mammogram or other imaging services performed
at The Archbold Women’s Center, you’ll have added peace of
mind knowing that one of our eight board-certified radiologists will be
on-site to review your images.
Unlike other imaging centers in our area, our radiologists are on-site,
which means they’re often able to review images quickly and in many
cases while the patient is still in the building. Another benefit of choosing
an imaging center with on-site radiologists is your physician is readily
available to answer any questions you may have about abnormal findings
and can explain any next steps if further testing is recommended.
