Archbold Women’s Center Re-accredited for Diagnostic Breast Care

The American College of Radiology has again recognized Archbold Women’s Center as an accredited facility for breast ultrasound, breast ultrasound with biopsy and stereotactic breast biopsy.

ACR accreditation requires Archbold Women’s Center to perform quality control tests, demonstrate experience and qualifications, and submit example images to ACR for review.

“This recognition demonstrates the high standards we maintain in image quality and patient safety,” said Michelle Norton, Archbold Women’s Center supervisor. “We strive to provide every woman in our region the best care to aid in accurate diagnoses and early detection.”

Located in Thomasville, Archbold Women’s Center offers advanced, state-of-the-art imaging technology and diagnostic testing services exclusively for women.
