Pink Run
Live Better, the Archbold-led community health initiative is hosting the
8th annual Live Better Pink Run to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month
on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at the Lewis Hall Singletary Archbold
Cancer Center!
The Pink Run will help promote the link between obesity and cancer, as
well as the early detection of breast cancer and overall healthy living.
Runners and walkers are welcome. Health education materials will be available.
Wear your best pink attire!
What You Need to Know
- A 1-Mile Fun Run will be held for kids (Kindergarten through Fifth Grade)
before the 5K
- All participants who register before the deadline will receive a race shirt
- 5K awards will be given to the overall male and female finishers as well
as the top male and female finishers in each age division
- 1-Mile Fun Run awards will be given to the 1-Mile Fun Run overall male
and female finisher between the grades Kindergarten - Fifth grade, as
well as the top male and female finishers in each age division
- Gather your friends, family, or co-workers and form a Live Better Pink
Run team to win prizes. Teams can be entered to win: 'Most Creative Team
Name' or 'Most Team Members'
- The price for the 5K is $25 per person, and the price for the 1-Mile is
$10 per person
